In this playful group, Ilene helps children
learn how to name what they are feeling and teaches them helpful and appropriate ways to deal with
difficult feelings. We also focus on building self esteem through the use of self-appreciation and validation.
This group is open to four
children between the ages of five and eight years old. Consultation with parents welcomed.
A helpful compliment to the group for parents. (see below)

Counseling for teens. This powerful and supportive
group teaches teens listening and counseling skills that will serve them throughout their lives. Open to
eight teens interested in making a difference in people's lives. In this group, each participant will get a
chance to be both the counselor and the client, as we learn how to more effective at 'being there' for the
people we care about. |
